I suppose the "In Disgrace" part of the headline was removed for space saving purposes.

But, oh, how sweet it would be.

Whoa, weird.

I just came across that photo at Flickr for the very first time this morning.

Well, you know what happened in this alternate universe, Duh-bya screwed up his own name signing a piece of legislation, so he scribbled it out and signed it again – and his advisors (high-fiving each other behind their own backs) told him, “Mr. President, you just resigned!” ;-)

JanieBelle, this is old - I was hanging on to it to send around at work after the 2004 election! *Bangs head into desk*

Woad: the ancient Celts painted themselves with it.

Ya dun good to activate the moderator. That entry you zapped was from a real toad, with delusions of grandeur. He demonstrated that he was crood, vulgah, lowclass, 'n' jus' plain mean.

It's borderline stalking. My boyfriend told me to zap him from now on.

A stalker, eh? A troll?
You have my expressed permission to stake it out on an anthill with honey smeared on tender portions.

Be apprised of the fact that the gaining of my permission does not make the activity legal. I do not have the right of high justice.

Wasn't this initially about Bush? Concerning things political, we are not on the same page.

Not even the same book.

But this is your blog. I don't see fit to hassle you about views that differ from my own. For that, I should set up my own website.

About toads, did you see the movie " Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?"

This is an open discussion – the only person who can’t participate is the Missouri troll. Go ahead and state your views on Bush.

I did see that film – what I objected to was the portrayal, common in Hollywood films, that the common, decent, “average Joe” opposed the Klan. Far from it! At one time, most elite Americans belonged to the Klan – including Sen. Robert Bird, I do believe. It was a controversial, but populist, movement.

It's agin mah reelidjun tew discuss politics.

So the troll is from Missouri. If I knew which bridge it was living under, I'd boot it into the river and turn it into a rock.

The toad I'm talking about is the one the two convicts carried in a shoe box, thinking that it was their friend after the run-in with the river sirens.

Rent the DVD and see it again. From my perspective, it was one funny flick. My wife and I saw it twice on the big screen. We get a big laugh quoting "We thought you wuz a toad!" It'd take too long to 'splain it.
