Larry Craig Drops the Toilet Roll Again

MSNBC is reporting that a Minnesota judge rejected the Senator's appeal to withdraw his guilty plea for disorderly conduct after soliciting an undercover officer for sex in the men's room of the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. No linky yet, but it will be all over the internet soon.

There is no record of an appeal of the Court's denial of Craig's Motion to Withdraw his Guilty Plea. He has 30 days from the date of the Court's denial to file the notice of appeal.

"Wide Stance" "peekaboo-blue eyes" Idaho Senator Larry Craig has not resigned from the Senate and today is a week after his original deadline.

He now says that he will not run for reelection. If Larry the peeping -senator decides to run - Idaho will have a blue senator.

If the appeal is filed and argued - Larry ought to know if he can retract his plea bargain in about 8 months.......if he won (a possibility) then his trial on the underlying charge(s) would take place after next year's election...

Run, Larry! Run!
