Join the Wake for Pluto's Departure!

UPDATED: As if poor Pluto needed to be upstaged! The supernova can be located here.

"We'll also have a telescope on the roof to view the quarter moon. Parke may be persuaded to give a short eulogy."

Regretabbly, I cannot attend but send my condolences. Pluto, we hardly knew ya!

And, if I was a Twin City resident, I suspect that I'd be a regular at any resturant with a Zappa theme...

Oh, drat. Well, maybe there's a wake in your area. (Where do you hail from, PiGuy?)

I gotta come up with a Pluto costume.

A little north of Baltimore, MD. Maybe I should arrange for something around here like that. Hmmmm...

And let me know how your Pluto costume search goes. I might want to borrow it.

I put a general distress call at the birthday party this weekend and my witty family came up with these:

A glow-in-the-dark dot on a shirt with the caption: “You’re STILL here” or “Yeah? Well to me, this is what the sun looks like,” or “Gas-bags blow up, eventually,”

or an image of Pluto on a shirt with a circle and slash over it,

or

an image of Pluto on a shirt with the words, “You bastards.”

Here's a few ideas that someone's captured on T-shirt.

Those are fun. Some of them seem to be pre-delisting themed, though. (Your first link worked, because I get an e-mail notification.)

I don't know how to make it more visual...

Running out of time, yes, I am…
Oh, hell, I think I’ll just wear a fur coat over a nightgown.
