Be afraid. Be very afraid. Kristine is now quoting Python.

Yeah, I am also quoting a movie.

You have to leave now, and never come back here. Have you ever heard of insect politics? Neither have I. Insects... don't have politics. They're very... brutal. No compassion, no compromise. We can't trust the insect. I'd like to become the first... insect politician.

Well, I'm not talking just about sex, and penetration, I'm talking about the flesh itself... You think that you woke me up about the flesh, but you only know society's straight line about the flesh! You can't penetrate beyond society sick fear of the flesh!

Oh, Janine - The Fly with Jeff Goldblum and Geena Davis was one of the most devastating experiences I had! I had a mad crush on Goldblum at the time - I was in college, auditioning for various one-act plays, and then I went to see this movie by myself twice. That line that you just quoted, and the one I quoted, were the most astonishing bits of dialogue that I had heard in a film in a long time!

Well, I had a crush on Geena Davis. But I can understand the attraction to Goldblum. It was so sad to see him go on to play stereotypical scientist roles in big budget films.

The movie was a tragedy in the truest sense. No one deserved the fates they got. But it could not play out any other way. The grieving at the end was well earned.

The movie was indeed a tragedy - I was studying the Greek tragedies at the time - but yes, I'm so sick of Goldblum now!

Anyway, no more celebrities for me. Except for Prof. Steve Steve.

Prof. Steve Steve is a cutie! I am willing to overlook his maleness just to cuddle up with him.

Hey, how come my tax money can be used to denigrate religion?

Lee Kuan (Shitlgruber?), what does this have to do with this thread? Oh, I see, you know Kristine is no where near her computer so you just have to leave your droppings. I guess I will have to rub your nose in you droppings.

Enjoy it until she deletes your remarks. Meanwhile, you are just giving me more toys to play with.

Personally, I'd rather see my tax dollars go to denigration of hokey religions than spreading hate and death.

But maybe that's just me.

Hey, how come my tax money can be used to denigrate religion?

Because you don't pay any taxes, you shit.

You live off the taxes that others pay. Now go shimmy your wrinkled ass over to Uncommon Descent and see what those sports fans make of you.

I have a feeling even they won't like you. Just a hunch.

Enjoy it until she deletes your remarks.

I have other plans for Legion at this point. It will take a while - I have things to do with weekend (unlike trolls) but soon, very soon, Legion - to the moon, Legion!

Thanks, JanieBelle!

Can't you just exorcize Legion into the Gadderine swine?

You probably wouldn't care to do that, since it would deprive the hog farmer of his livelihood.

Legion. Mental illness. There, I've said it.

Scotius, what did the swine do to deserve such punishment?

And Rich, I do not heap such verbal abuse on most people. But Shitlgruber is SPECIAL. And I do not mean in The Pretenders' "Brass In Pocket' kind of way.

But I am not saying you are wrong. But it saddens me to see that person leaving it's dropping in so many sites that I like to visit. And it is always jarring because it never fits into the context of what ever subject is being talked about.

Everyone:

Don't worry about Legion. Things take care of themselves. Legion is the least of my concerns right now anyway.

The majority of life happens off-line and I'm out having a life.

Today was a beautiful day, and not just weather-wise.

It is not so much I worry about that person. It is that he leaves his droppings at sites I like to read. The good news it that I doubt he can do much harm in real life. Annoying but mostly harmless.

It is these good days that most of us try to have. They are too few.

If you want, acorn fetishist.

Do I send that to Reed, too? (Got a squirrel brain and don't know how these things work.)

Gimme some time, huh? John's mother is staying with us - also, I'm paddling with both hands and a foot to keep up (but it's all good).
